The owner of the building and facility only lives a few minutes away and can be called upon if needed.
Discount available for 12 months upfront of 5%.
£250pm No Vat for 12+ month agreement OR £280 less than 12 months.
Security:
Latest CCTV technology with over 15 cameras in total both internal and external. The security system is covered by RED CARE, meaning any disturbances are sent directly over to the Police.
- Remote-controlled vehicle gate access 24/7.
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance with police alert.
- Hydraulic bollard, swing arm gate with magnetic lock.
- Pedestrian gate with magnetic lock.
The owner of the building lives only a few minutes away and can be contacted if needed.
Location convenience:
As the unit is only a few minutes walk from Elephant & Castle, it's easy for you to travel by train, should you live near another tube station.
Clients are welcome to leave a motorbike or push bike in the bay should it be more convenient to travel quickly by these options.
Insurance:
Vehicles stored must have in place their own personal car Insurance cover.
When you book-in please send a copy of the storage agreement over to them so they know where the car is securely stored.
The unit does possess liability Insurance to the value of £5million which is also available upon request.
Car Swap:
You are welcome to 'swap your vehicle'. If you have more than one car you can swap these over under one agreement.
If you drive a daily or a small van you can also swap these over whilst you take out the stored one and swap back when done.
