Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to site directly or plan to book ahead we can conduct an on-line check-in. Agreements can be sent and the first month taken as deposit to reserve the space.
Transportation can be arrange with our fully insured third-party company to collect the vehicle. Or you can bring the car over when ready.
Ancillary Services:
Third-party recommended supplier for detailing that can be completed at the unit.
Stored cars can be taken for their scheduled service & Mot's should you not have time to complete this using the third-party insured transport company.
These services can be arranged with us.
You can either pay the suppliers directly, or we can add the invoice to your monthly storage arrangement fee.
Car Maintenance:
We conduct regular walk arounds to check each stored vehicle, and ensure if they have a battery conditioner it remains safe.
The unit is mainly for clientele who use the stored vehicle occasionally or are happy to simply store it untouched.
With some clients who are overseas for a period of time - we are able to complete:
- Vehicle start-up to temperature.
- That helps with regulation of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components.
- Car roll to help prevent flat spotting increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
Transportation:
Is provided by a fully insured third-party provider.
Collect at a time and place convenient with yourself and deliver the vehicle safely at our site.
Includes collection directly from the City of London (Centre +£120 Inc Vat), on top of the mileage rate, or anywhere around the M25 ring road.
Can quote for collection from anywhere within the UK.
