IT IS AGREED as follows:
Storage Services include the following:
- Allocation of a dedicated, individually numbered Bay within the facility.
- Dehumidified storage environment.
- Electricity supply to the Bay.
- A breathable car cover.
- Biometric entry and exit, and app-controlled vehicle gate access.
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance with police alert; and hydraulic bollard, swing arm gate with magnetic lock, and pedestrian gate with magnetic lock.
Service of Car storage:
- Before a vehicle can enter the premises a copy of the vehicle Insurance is required.
- All vehicles stored must have in place comprehensive Insurance. If not, we can place you with our third-party company for coverage.
- Upon entry a detailed inspection report is taken. We also conduct regular walkarounds to inspect vehicle condition, notify you of anything we see. Check inflation of tires but mainly ensure battery conditioners and sockets remain safe.
- Payments are taken by standing order on the 1st-3rd working day of each month, one month in advance.
- We also accept bank transfers payable by Invoice.
- 1-3 months @ £300pm, 6 months @ £280pm, 12+ months @ £250pm.
- Tariffs are not subject to Vat.
- A 5% discount is available for a 12 month upfront payable subscription.
- Outstanding payments; be given 7 days grace prior to an overdue letter being issued.
- The company reserves the right of "lien" of the vehicle should amounts remain outstanding.
- Vehicles are only released once the account has been settled.
- Each party may terminate the agreement by providing 60 days written notice of cancellation.
- Whilst in storage it's possible for us to conduct vehicle maintenance should you be unable to attend for a period of time.
- You must provide a spare key if maintenance is required. Keys are kept off premises securely. And there is a safe "drop box" in the unit where a key can be left until collected by a staff member.
- Only authorised vehicle owners are permitted to enter the facility for the collection of a vehicle. If another person requires access, you must contact us directly with 48hours notice.
- We reserve the right to terminate a storage agreement should unauthorised personnel enter the unit.
- A guest may enter the facility with the owner of the vehicle who is be responsible for their conduct.
- There is a Height restriction of 2.1metres.
- Damage to parking bay; oil leak, fluid leak. You may be charged for any stains caused to the bay.
- Vehicles can not be left running in a bay for more than 10 minutes.
Ancillary Services:
- Ancillary services; detailing, ppf, transport for Mot or servicing, repair work can be managed by the company on your behalf.
- In using a third-party "JLH Group of estates" is not liable for any loss or damage.
- The company will obtain quotes and book in the work. You will be advised on a schedule time slot and quoted accordingly. These can be paid directly to the third-party or added, and paid directly to us when the work has been completed.
- No work will be conducted without prior client written confirmation.
- A spare key must be left with us.
Prohibited Activities:
- Smoking or the use of any open flame within the building; storage of fuel or flammable materials beyond the fuel contained within the Vehicle’s tank.
- Oil changes, fluid changes or any mechanical maintenance work can not be conducted.
- Any activity that interferes with the safety, security or operation of the Facility or the quiet enjoyment of other clients.
- Access to friends of family who have not been verified with ID, or given permission to enter on your behalf.
